A-Z Men's Basketball Gameday Guide
Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the facility.
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in the facility. All other animals are prohibited.
There are two ATMs on the Beasley Concourse, one is located next to the box office and the other is located in the southwest corner of the concourse, next to the Cougar Rack.
Bags, Containers and Coolers
Bags, containers, and coolers must be small enough to fit completely under one seat, and must be so kept at all times to maintain clear aisles, walkways, and stairs. Hard-sided bags, suitcases, coolers, or other similar devices are prohibited.
The Cougar Pep Band performs at all home basketball games in an effort to provide spirit and entertainment for the enjoyment of all spectators. The band also accompanies the basketball teams to the Pac-12 Tournament and other postseason appearances. For more information please visit http://marchingband.wsu.edu/.
Banners and Signs
Hand-held banners are permitted if they are in good taste, contain no profanity or derogatory statements, and do not block the view for other patrons. Any banners or signs must be hand-held - no flagpoles, sticks or similar devices may be used to hold up signs/banners.
Glass and metal beverage containers are prohibited. This rule does not apply to personal canteens or thermos bottles that are one liter or less in size. Beverage containers (especially glass and metal) can hide and store alcohol, shatter or break (which can result in sharp edges and/or pieces), or become dangerous projectiles and threaten the safety of spectators, participants and officials.
Hand-held photography cameras for personal use are allowed at all WSU athletic facilities. At indoor facilities, the flash must be turned off.
Code of Conduct
It is the goal of the WSU Public Safety Department and Athletics Event Management to provide a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment for all participants and fans. Safety and security policies have been established to benefit everyone entering Beasley Coliseum. WSU, along with the NCAA and Pac-12 Conference, has assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist, or other abusive comments or actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, or other patrons will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.

Concession stands are located along the concourse level of Beasley Coliseum and sell a variety of food and drink items.
ADA seating is available in Sections 4, 6, and 14. All seating for disabled patrons is sold on a reserved ticket basis. If patrons have not ordered reserved tickets in advance, the WSU Athletic Ticket Office will exchange their tickets if space is available. Disabled patrons are encouraged to notify the WSU Athletic Ticket Office in advance for special seating accommodations at 1-800-GO-COUGS. Disabled patrons with proper vehicle identification may park on a space-available basis in the lot adjacent to the north side of Beasley Coliseum and in the Gray 1 lot east of Beasley Coliseum. Parking attendants can direct you to specific locations.

Emergencies and Evacuation Procedures
Evacuation routes will be determined by Public Safety Personnel (Police, Fire, and Event Management). Please remain calm and follow the directions of the Public Address Announcer and the nearest Event Management personnel in the event of an emergency evacuation.
Emergency Phone Calls
For any emergency occurring on campus, dial 911 for ambulance, police or fire service. If you are calling from a non-campus phone, dial (509) 335-0911.
Management must rely on communication with, and cooperation of, the spectator. A visual inspection will be made at the gate. This is a voluntary search. Patrons will be asked to open bags, purses, etc. If a patron does not volunteer for a search and there is reasonable suspicion that he/she possesses banned items, he/she may be denied entry.
Exit and Re-Entry
If patrons leave the arena for any reason during the course of the game, they must have their ticket scanned before exiting and also when re-entering.
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are on site at all WSU Basketball games. They are located near Section 5. Please contact the nearest usher for medical assistance.
The North, South, and East doors will open for spectators 1.5 hours prior to tip. The concourse on the East side of the building will be open, along with concessions. The seating bowl opens one hour prior to tip-off. The student entrance is at the West entrance. ZZU Cru members may enter and find their seats 1.5 hours prior to tip-off. All other students may enter the seating bowl and find their seats one hour prior to tip-off.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items may be claimed or turned in at the Beasley Coliseum main office outside of section 14. Fans looking for lost items may also call (509) 335-4304.
Official gameday merchandise is available for purchase at the Bookie location on the South concourse.
Artificial noisemaking devices are prohibited. In addition to confiscation, violators may be subject to university disciplinary action (if applicable) and removal from the event site.
Parking and Transportation
Season parking passes are available to members of the Cougar Athletic Fund. For more information about joining, please visit CougarAthleticFund.org or call 1-800-IMA-COUG. General parking is available for purchase in the lot east of the Indoor Practice Facility and in the Library garage. Programs are free and are available at the Guest Services table on the South concourse of Beasley Coliseum.
Prohibited Items/Safety Policies
The following policies have been developed with spectator and participant safety in mind. Failure to abide by the following policies may result in ejection and/or legal proceedings.

- ► Glass or metal containers. This rule does not apply to personal canteens or thermos bottles that are one liter in size or less.
- ► Bota bags
- ► Flag poles or any similar devices
- ► Hard-sided bags, suitcases, coolers, or other similar devices
- ► Large bags (all soft-sided bags must be able to fit under your seat)
- ► Artificial noisemakers (horns, whistles, etc.)
- ► Selfie Sticks
- ► Tobacco products. Smoking is not allowed in Beasley Coliseum.
- ► Fireworks/weapons
- ► Video recorders without written permission from WSU Athletics. To obtain permission, please call (509) 335-5646.
Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy the Cougar Basketball experience free from unacceptable behavior. The following activities will result in removal from Beasley Coliseum. Event management staff reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to the following:
- ► Smoking in Beasley Coliseum.
- ► Throwing Objects
- ► Unruly or disruptive behavior
- ► Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- ► Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption

Tickets go on sale at the Beasley Ticket Office 1.5 hours prior to scheduled game times. To avoid lines on game day, purchase your tickets in advance online at WSUCougars.com or by calling 1-800-GO-COUGS (Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
Tickets Refund Policy
Scheduled game times are tentative up until the week of the game. There is a no refund, exchange, or cancellation policy on tickets. This includes game time changes because of television.
Tickets Replacement Policy
Tickets that are lost, stolen, or left at home can be replaced at a cost of $5.00 per reprinted ticket. Tickets will be replaced ONLY for the original purchaser, NO EXCEPTIONS. Replacement tickets take precedence over the original tickets. The WSU Athletic Ticket Office reserves the right to revoke all ticket privileges in cases of fraud. Reprints are not available for student tickets. ONLY tickets purchased or received from the WSU Athletic Ticket Office or its authorized agencies are guaranteed to be valid. The ticket office DOES NOT guarantee tickets purchased or received from an outside party.
Video recording equipment is not allowed in the arena without written permission from the WSU Athletic Department. To obtain permission, patrons should call the Athletic Department (509) 335-5646.
All will call locations open 1.5 hours prior to scheduled game times.
