Indoor - PR weight throw of 50.98m/167-3 at the Cougar Indoor (1/31/03, Pullman) is sixth-best mark in school history...Outdoor - Tossed hammer lifetime-best 52.79m/173-2 at UW dual meet (5/3/03, Seattle)...finished 12th at Pac-10 Championships with throw of 52.30m/171-7...qualified for NCAA West Regional but chose not to compete.

FRESHMAN (2001-02). Indoor - Top weight throw of 13.89m/45-7 was at the McDonald's I Open (2/1/02, Moscow)...Outdoor - Threw hammer 50.98m/167-3 at Stanford Invite (3/30/02).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned four letters in track and field at Mt. Spokane a senior, ranked second in state for weight with throw with 42-5 distance...won Bremerton Relays with hammer throw of 154-5...ranked eighth in nation and third in state for hammer with 156-7 mark...placed fourth in Pasco Invite in hammer...ranked second in league and top ten in state in shot put with 38-2 1/2...placed seventh in weight at Simplot junior year...ranked in top ten in nation for hammer throw of 142-11...won USAT&F Junior Olympic Regionals title with toss of 132-2...sophomore year ranked second in league in shot put with throw of 37-2...placed fifth at districts in shot put...placed eight at districts in 100m...ranked eight in league in shot put freshman year...placed ninth at Districts in shot put
