FRESHMAN (1999-00): Disenrolled during first semester because of illness...returned in January and played in three games, with two of those appearances as a relief pitcher...recorded two consecutive outs against Gonzaga (Feb. 13) in his first action for the Cougs...also pitched an inning at Oregon State (March 11), only giving up a walk...played first base in his only start of the season against San Diego State (Feb. 26).
