SIMON'S WASHINGTON STATE CAREER
RS-FRESHMAN (2012) Made 28 appearances, including one start...was 2-3 in 50 2/3 innings with three saves, 26 strikeouts and a 4.09 ERA...earned first-collegiate save with one inning of work in game one of doubleheader at Mississippi State, Feb. 19...pitched 6 2/3 innings and earned first collegiate victory in nightcap of doubleheader against Nebraska Omaha, Feb. 24...ranks on WSU all-time freshman list for games played by a pitcher (first) and saves (tied for third).
