GENERAL: Lettered in baseball four season under coach Lee Yonomine...baseball team was 33-3 when he played shortstop his junior and senior years...also played football for two years...SOPHOMORE: Selected first team Maui Interscholastic League as a utility player...team won the MIL championship...JUNIOR: Voted MIL Co-Player of the Year as a shortstop...named to the All-State second team...batting average was over .500...team was MIL champions and finished fifth in the state tournament...SENIOR: Repeat selection as MIL Player of the Year...chosen to All-State second team for the second year in a row...member of the MIL championship team as team finished 23-2 and placed third in the state tournament...hit over .500 to close out his high school career.
