WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2009-10): Indoor - Ran time in 60m of 6.82i which equaled PR at Cougar Indoor (1/23/10, Pullman) time in 200m of 21.63i came in third place finish at MPSF Championships...took sixth in 60m dash final...Outdoor - Struggled with hamstring problems...tried to save best efforts for end of season...ran 10.47w in 100m for fifth in prelims at Pac-10 Championships...ran anchor leg of third-place 4x100m relay team (40.29) but pulled up at the end of the relay with a hamstring injury, not able to run in 100m finals a short time later...missed NCAA West Region/Preliminary Rounds.

SOPHOMORE (2008-09): Indoor - Breakout year for Murray...ran PRs in 60m dash of 6.82i seconds and 200m dash of 21.48i at Vandal Indoor (2/6/09, Moscow)...strained hamstring at Husky Invite and not able to race at MPSF Championships...Outdoor - Started season in rest and rehab due to hamstring...ran anchor leg of 4x100m relay with NCAA RQ time of 40.07 at Texas WSU-UW Dual meet ran PR time in 100m of 10.58 and 200m RQ time of 21.23 (5/2/09, Seattle) Pac-10 Championships finished seventh in 100m in time of 10.60 after running 10.45w in prelim, and took sixth in 200m in time of 21.37 after running 21.01w in prelim (5/17/09, Eugene)...had spectacular performance at NCAA West Regional with fifth-place in 100m PR time of 10.57 and third in 200m dash in time of 21.26 after running PR time of 20.99 in prelims (5/30/09, Eugene)...pulled up at 200m finish line with reinjured hamstring...not able to fully rehabilitate in time for NCAA meet.

FRESHMAN (2007-08): Indoor - Opened collegiate career with 60m time of 6.95i and 200m time of 21.80i, both run at Vandal Indoor (2/8/08, Moscow) the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships finished 13th in 200m (22.02i) and 18th in 60m (7.00i)...Outdoor - Fastest 100m time was 10.67 in prelims at Pac-10 Championships...took sixth place in final (10.74)...also ran anchor on fifth-place 4x100m team with NCAA RQ time of 40.53...squad had a better mark in 400m relay of 40.12 at the WSU-UW Dual meet (5/3/08, Pullman) the NCAA West Regionals, an early pass in the 4x100m relay was outside the lane and the Cougs did not run the final two legs.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Earned three letters in track and field at Highline High for coach Tom Frank...voted rookie of the year as a sophomore...junior year took third in state in 200m and fifth in 100m...ran school 100m record time of 10.90 and third-best 200m dash at school...senior year 3A state champion in 100m (10.90) and on sixth-place 4x400m relay team (3:24.62) record-holder in 100m with 10.66 time run in prelims at state meet and the 4x100m relay with time of 42.86...also holds school record in 200m of 21.46, and 4x100m relay where he ran anchor leg...awarded most inspirational on team.

PERSONAL Born in June 1989 in Jamaica...parents Neville and Beverly...older brother Jason and older sister Grace Ann...general humanities major at WSU.
