Monterey, Calif.--- The first-round of the San Jose State University Invitational Golf Tournament in Monterey, Calif., was suspended due to rain after eight holes were completed.

The tournament start time was pushed from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday because of wet grounds. The first round will continue beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and the second will be started immediately after.

Senior Jenny Ballou, junior Jennifer Dodd, sophomore Tasha Browner, and freshmen Donna Bell and Shanelle Roberts will be competing for Washington State.
