  • Klay Thompson started the game 0-for-6 from the field, before making five of his next six shots...he led all scorers with 24 points.
  • Thompson has already shot 23 free throws in two games this season...last year he shot 31 total free throws.
  • DeAngelo Casto attempted a career-high 16 field goals, finishing with 16 points.
  • Freshman Reggie Moore has scored in double figures in both his games as a Cougar.
  • WSU improved to 53-11 all-time versus Eastern Washington...notched its third-straight victory over the Eagles.
  • First year WSU head coach Ken Bone improved to 5-5 all-time against EWU, after going 4-5 as head coach at Portland State.
  • After scoring 20 in the season opener against Portland, EWU's Benny Valentine was held to five points (two of them from the free throw line...was 1-for-7 from the field).
