Men's Golf Heads to Mean Green Classic

What's Happening This Week: The Washington State men's golf team travels to Texas this week to compete in the Mean Green Classic held at the par 72, 7,147-yard Lantana Country Club in Denton, Texas...the two-day tournament will begin Monday with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m., with 36 holes of play, and will end with the final 18 holes teeing off at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday.

Last Time at the Mean Green Classic: In 2006, senior Chris Collins finished near the top of the leader board for the Cougars with a fourth place finish and a total score of 210 (69-69-72, -6)... as a team, the Cougars finished in third place, and were only three shots behind Houston for second place.
