PULLMAN, Wash. - The Washington State University men's basketball team has three home games left in January and fans who want to be in attendance should act quickly.
The Cougars, ranked 22nd by Associated Press and 23rd by ESPN/USA Today in this week's national rankings, host Washington (Saturday, Jan. 20 at 3 p.m.), Oregon State (Thursday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.) and Oregon (Saturday, Jan. 27 at 7 p.m.).
Currently, less than 1,000 tickets are available for the Washington game and only a few thousand remain for both Oregon and Oregon State.
"With the success of the team and our current ticket availability, I encourage Cougar fans to purchase tickets as soon as possible to ensure a seat," WSU Director of Athletics for External Operations Pete Isakson said. "We anticipate the Washington game to be a sellout prior to gameday."
Washington State (14-2, 3-1 Pacific-10) is currently tied for first in the Pac-10. The Cougars are 7-0 at Friel Court this season including upsets of Gonzaga and Arizona.
"Our fans have played a role in some big wins for us this season," WSU Head Men's Basketball Tony Bennett said. "We appreciate their support as our program continues to move forward."
