COUGARS TRAVEL TO OREGON FOR NO. 24 DUCKS & BEAVERS: The Washington State volleyball team, 14-11 on the season, 2-9 in Pacific-10 Conference competition, travels to No. 24 Oregon this week to take on the Oregon Ducks (16-4, 6-4) Thursday night in Eugene, and the Oregon State Beavers (3-16, 0-10) Friday night in Corvallis...Oregon is the surprise team of the conference this season, currently in fifth place after a 2005 season record of 12-18 overall, 1-17 in Pac-10 for last place.

LAST WEEK: The Cougars lost a pair at home to ranked Pac-10 teams...No. 4 UCLA defeated WSU 30-27, 30-28, 30-25, and No. 5 USC defeated the Cougs 30-24, 30-18, 30-15...Kelly Rosin led the team with 24 kills (4.17 kpg), Brittany Johnson added 23 kills and Adetokunbo Faleti had 21 kills...also contributing Corina Beyer (69 assists), Stephanie Weishaar (28 digs), Kelly Hyder (24 digs).
