WSU WOMEN: The Washington State women will send a full team to the event led by Sundodger champion Haley Paul...Meghan Leonard, Kelly Ramirez, Collier Lawrence and Isley Gonzalez comprise the rest of the Cougar top five...this smaller race gives the team chance to match up against quality Big Sky competitors.
OUTLOOK: "This will be a good smaller meet to build confidence for our team," said Haley Paul. "We know Weber State is a team to shoot for, and we'd like to be right there with them." Coach Jason Drake says the meet will provide good competition and a challenge for both the men's and women's teams. Drake feels Cougar team wins on both sides are possible.
