PULLMAN, Wash. - Time is running out for Cougar fans to join WSU Athletics in a special effort to send United States Armed Forces veterans and active duty soldiers to the Armed Forces Day football game, Nov. 6.
Washington State University Athletics is partnering with the Veteran Tickets Foundation to honor United States Armed Forces veterans and active duty soldiers for the Cougars' Nov. 6 football game against California at Martin Stadium.
Working with the non-profit organization Veteran Tickets Foundation, WSU Athletics is offering the general public a special price of $10 for end zone tickets and $20 for sideline tickets to purchase and donate to the organization.
Veteran Tickets Foundation will distribute the tickets to U.S. Armed Forces veterans and active duty soldiers in the area. As of Oct. 19, 181 tickets have been donated to the Veteran Tickets Foundation for the game.
Customers can order by phone at 1-800-GO-COUGS during normal business hours (M-F, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.). All orders must be placed by 4:30 p.m., Oct. 22, over the phone or by midnight Oct. 24 online at WSUCougars.com.

Each person who donates tickets through the offer will receive a tax-deductible receipt directly from the Veteran Tickets Foundation.
