Fall Sports Kickoff
Saturday, Aug. 25, 2-6 p.m.

Come kick off the 2001 fall sports season in style at the DoubleTree Guest Suites (16500 Southcenter Parkway, Tukwila) with a spirited pre-season event for the whole family. Come show your Cougar colors alongside special guests WSU President Lane Rawlins, Athletic Director Jim Sterk, Football Coach Mike Price, Volleyball Coach Cindy Fredrick, Soccer Coach Dan Tobias, Swimming Coach Rocco Aceto, Butch the Coug, and many others. There will be activities for the kids and you'll hear the latest news about the Cougar Athletic programs as they ready for the start of the season. $30 per person for Cougar Club members, $35 for non-members. $15 for kids age 12 and under. Fall Sports Kickoff

Once again, the Spokane Cougar Club is hosting this fantastic kickoff to the Cougar Sports season. Join WSU coaches and all your Cougar friends at this "can't miss" event! The Stonehouse Restaurant, 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. kickoff.

Gather at The Stonehouse Restaurant, 665 E. Park Blvd, for fun, food and cheer before the football game. Enjoy an all you can eat taco bar and beverage. No host beverages will be available on site. RSVP by Sept. 4, Alumni Association/Cougar Club members $15 per person, others $18 per person.

Plan your vacation around a whole day of Cougar fun as we battle the U of A in Tucson.

7:30 a.m. Make plans now for the WSU golf tournament at the El Conquistador Country Club, 10000 North Oracle Road. 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast and Cougar prizes. $60 per person. Space is limited, please RSVP by Sept. 14.
5:00 p.m. Great party and parking too! Join the Desert Cougars at the Sheraton University Plaza, 1900 E. Speedway Blvd., for a pool-deck patio pre-game party This years tailgate party is located just down the street from the U of A stadium and includes Mexican buffet, beverages, door prizes and free game parking. An easy walk to watch the Cougs get revenge for last year's overtime loss. Alumni Association/Cougar Club members $15 in advance all others $18, kids age 6 and under free. RSVP by Sept. 22.

12 p.m. (two hours prior to kick-off Game Time: 2 p.m. Enjoy a barbecue, and salads at the Pre-game rally just a short walk from the stadium. No-host beverages available. RSVP by Oct. 5

Saturday, Nov. 10

8:00 a.m. Start the day with an 18-hole Cougar golf tournament and continental breakfast at the Karsten Golf Course. $85 per person. Call early to guarantee your chance to win Cougar prizes. Space is limited, RSVP by Oct. 26.
5:00p.m. Meet Cougs, new and old alike at the beautiful Karsten Golf Course 1125 E. Rio Salado Parkway, in Tempe. Come and enjoy a Cougar barbecue, beverages, door prizes, and even free game parking as we stomp the Sun Devils. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Cougar Pride and leave your car behind during the game. $15 in advance, Kids age 11 and younger come free. RSVP by Nov. 3.

Apple Cup Rally

Featuring the music of local favorites The Retros, an all-you-can-eat buffet dinner and a great Cougar program, this year's Apple Cup Rally is sure to get your Cougar Pride pumping.
