PULLMAN, Wash. - March Madness returns to the Palouse in 2003 when the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena and Washington State University host the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament First and Second Rounds.
The Spokane Arena and Washington State announced today the ticket procedures for the March 20 and 22, 2003 event.
Ticket packages are $165 for all six games (three sessions). Fans who purchased tickets for the 2001 NCAA Women's Basketball West Regional hosted by WSU and the Spokane Arena will receive a postcard in either January or February of 2002. The postcard will entitle the purchaser to a maximum of two tickets to the 2003 NCAA Men's first and second rounds.
Fans receiving a January postcard may redeem it from Jan. 4-31, 2002 in one of two ways. The person whose name appears on the postcard may bring a photo ID to the Spokane Arena Box Office located at West 720 Mallon Avenue from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Fans may also send in their postcard with payment for all games to:

Fans receiving a postcard in February may redeem Feb. 5-28, 2002. Postcards sent in January will be blue. Those sent in February will be red.
Fans who are current season ticket holders for WSU men's basketball will have ticket brochures mailed to them and are guaranteed the opportunity to purchase tickets.
All other fans will have the opportunity to pick up ticket applications at the Spokane Arena Box Office, by calling G&B Select-A-Seat at 1-800-325-SEAT (7328) or online at www.ticketswest.com. Applications will be accepted from March 18-April 26, 2002.
If the number of tickets requested through applications exceeds the number of tickets available, a lottery will be held.
There will be approximately 7,000 tickets available to the public.
