PULLMAN, Wash. --- Washington State University Athletics will host the Student Ticket Kickoff on Wednesday, August 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Kickoff will take place on the Glenn Terrell Mall and will include guest appearances by head coaches Mike Price, Cindy Fredrick, and Dan Tobias at Noon.

"This is a great opportunity for WSU students to pickup their sports pass sticker who haven't done so already," WSU Director of Ticketing Operations John Dankovich said. "Cougar Athletics wants to ensure that every student that purchased a sports pass will have their ticket to the Seattle game this weekend."

Students will also have an opportunity to win prizes from Cougar Athletics and interact with the WSU Spirit Squad and student-athletes.

"We want to create a fun atmosphere around the event to build up the excitement for this weekend's game in Seattle," Athletics Promotions Coordinator Darin Hanson said. "Even if you already have your sports pass, come out on Wednesday morning to have fun and win prizes."

Students who haven't purchased their sports pass can do so at the Kickoff. The full-year sports pass is $70 and can be charged to your WSU student account. With a full-year sports pass students can gain admission to all regularly scheduled home athletic events for Cougar football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, baseball, and men's and women's track and field.

For more information on purchasing your sports pass call 335-9626.
