PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State women’s soccer team will play a total of five matches during its 2015 spring season, including four in Pullman over the next six weeks, announced WSU Women’s Interim Head Coach Sandy Davison.
The Cougars opened their spring practices last month and played their first match March 7, a 1-0 victory over defending Big Sky Conference champion Montana in Pullman. Beau Bremer, WSU’s 2014 offensive MVP, scored the lone goal while Ella Dederick and Alexis Thode combined for the shutout in goal.
Up next on the schedule is a midweek match against Gonzaga, Thursday, April 2, in Pullman. Match time is set for 7 p.m. from Lower Soccer Field.
Sunday, April 12, Washington State will travel west to face the Seattle Sounders in Bellevue, Wash., at 1 p.m. The Cougar return home to host Boise State, Saturday, April 18 at 1 p.m.
The season concludes, April 22 with a home matchup against Eastern Washington at 7 p.m.
