The Washington State University men’s golf team travels to Tempe, Ariz., to compete in the Arizona State Thunderbird Invitational hosted by Arizona State University at the Karsten Golf Course March 21-23.
The tournament will play at par-71 on the 7,026-yard Karsten Golf Course…teams will play 18 holes each day, beginning with the opening round Friday…tournament continues Saturday with second round…tournament concludes Sunday with the final 18 holes.
Joining host school Arizona State will be Arizona, Colorado State, Denver, Fresno State, Hawaii, Iowa, Iowa State, New Mexico State, Pepperdine, San Diego, Saint John’s, Tulsa, Washington State, and Wichita State.
REPRESENTING WASHINGTON STATE
Competing for the Cougar men will be junior Michael Anderson, senior Jarrett Foote, redshirt junior Sang Lee, junior Charlie Mroz, and senior Blake Snyder.

“With WSU’s spring break we have been able to spend some extra days in Phoenix. The additional practice has been good for the team. We are prepared for success, and the guys are in great spirits. Any one of the five is ready to have a great week and that is exciting.”
