Cougar Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State women’s soccer team will play nine matches during its upcoming spring season, Cougar Head Coach Steve Nugent announced, Tuesday.

The Cougars will begin with a pair of matches in Pasco, Wash., March 1 at Edgar Brown Stadium. Washington State will face Montana at 10:45 a.m. and Portland State at 3:30 p.m.

Gonzaga and Idaho visit Pullman, March 29. The Cougars take on the Bulldogs at 11 a.m. and the Vandals at 2:30 p.m. Both matches are slated for Grimes Field.

Saturday, April 5, Washington State will be at Boise State to face the Broncos as well as Utah State. The match times have yet to be announced.

The Cougars will take on the Washington State men’s club team in Pullman, April 12. Portland will be the opponent, April 19 at Nike World Headquarters in a match scheduled for 1 p.m.

The season concludes, April 27 with a matchup at Pop Keeney Stadium in Seattle against the Sounders FC at 2 p.m.
