Listen to Monday's Cougar Calls with Bill Moos

After a few weeks off for the holidays, Cougar Calls with Bill Moosa weekly radio call-in show featuring Washington State University Director of Athletics Bill Moos, returned.

Moos discussed many topics including the upcoming release of the 2014 football schedule and basketball games this week for the men's and women's basketball teams.

KXLY's Derek Deis filled in for host Bud Nameck, who was returning with the men's basketball team from its recent Arizona trip.

In addition, football coach Mike Leach was a special guest. Leach called-in from his home in Key West, Fla. and discussed the 2013 season while looking ahead to 2014.

"It was the best season Washington State had in 10 years, but as a group we gotten to the point where we're dissatisfied with it because we truly believe we can do more and should have done more," Leach said during the show.

The women's basketball team hosts intra-state rival Washington, Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Beasley Coliseum and travels to Washington for a game Saturday at 3 p.m.

Men's hoops hosts Colorado in Spokane, Wednesday at 6 p.m. and returns to Pullman to face Utah, Sunday at 4 p.m.

Those who missed the show, which airs every Monday at 10 a.m. on Spokane's KXLY 920 AM and WSUCougars.com can listen to the show HERE and on iTunes.

The show originates from The Swinging Doors in Spokane.
