HIGH SCHOOL CAREER.
Earned nine letters at Hoquiam High School…two letters as a tight end in football for coach Jason Ronquillo…three letters as a post player in basketball for coach Curtis Eccles…four letters in track and field for coach Tim Pelan…all-academic all years in basketball, football and track…state participant in three sports four consecutive years…during football season senior year the Grizzlies were undefeated Evergreen League champions…on the basketball court earned all-league second team honors as junior and first team as senior…selected for All-Academic Coach’s Award…during track and field was district and state 1A Championships high jump (6-4) title winner sophomore year…repeated both wins as junior, with PR and school record in high jump at state of 6-10 adding sixth-place javelin (167-5) finish and instrumental in team winning state 1A title…captained team as senior…won Evergreen League title in high jump and in javelin with PR distance of 191-8…won third consecutive state 1A high jump championships (6-8) and added javelin title as well (181-2).

Born in April 1995, in Aberdeen, Washington…father David is a pharmacist…mother Marcia…older brother Kyle…older sisters Mackenzie and Madison…sport-oriented family…father Dave played baseball at Gonzaga and professionally for Mariners at the Angelo AAA team…brother Kyle played football at Western Washington and ran track at Univ. of Redlands…sister Mackenzie competed in basketball and track at Redlands…sister Madison was on track team at Redlands…hobbies include waterskiing and wakeboarding…Cole was member of Honor Society…named Lions Club Student of the Month…undecided on major at WSU.
