PRIOR TO WSUPlayed two seasons at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas…as a sophomore (2012-13) appeared in 30 games for the Coyotes, averaging 9.9 points and 8.43 assists in 33.3 minutes per game, ranking second in the NJCAA…helped lead San Jacinto College to a 24-6 overall mark and 14-5 record in Region XIV play, as the Coyotes advanced to the semifinals of the Region XIV tournament…was named third team all-Region and second team all-conference, as well as to the Region XIV all-tournament team…as a freshman (2011-12) at San Jacinto College, averaged 9.2 points and 9.5 assists per game in 30 contests for the 23-7 Coyotes, leading the nation in assists…earned second team all-Region and second team all-conference honors…for his career, averaged 9.6 points and 9.0 assists per game while playing in 60 contests…his 538 total career assists rank him second all-time at San Jacinto College.
 
HIGH SCHOOL – Prior to attending San Jacinto College, attended Hartford Public High School and South Kent School, both in Connecticut, where he graduated in 2010.
 
PERSONAL – Born Danny Jaquan Lawhorn, November of 1990 in New York…Mother Mandisa Walker and brother Shabba Reid…enjoys shopping, playing video games and watching movies.
