SHERBROOKE, Quebec – Washington State University rowers Jordan Watson, Mickey Aylard, Nicole Hare, and Morgan Cathrea brought home a combined three gold medals from the 2013 Canada Games.

Junior Mickey Aylard (Sidney), sophomore Jordan Watson (Victoria), and sophomore Morgan Cathrea (Victoria) represented British Columbia. Aylard and Watson teamed up in the women’s four and helped British Columbia beat out Saskatchewan for the gold. Cathrea also collected gold for BC, winning the women’s eight.

Sophomore Nicole Hare (Calgary) represented Alberta in the women’s single scull, double scull, and quadruple scull. Hare grabbed the gold in the single scull just ahead of Erin Snelgrove of Ontario.
