SENIOR (2014-15): Cross Country - Individual winner at Clash of the Inland Northwest with 4k time of 13:34.8...top Cougar at Sundodger Invite 6k at third place with time of 20:34...individual champion at the Stanford Invite 6k with time of 20:31...had spent the previous week in Chicago at a special class for her master’s degree in interior design but a series of cancelled flights caused her to not arrive in Bay area until after midnight day of race...runner-up at the Pre-Nats White Race 6k (21:31.5) leading Cougars to team title... finished ninth at Pac-12 Championships running 6k in time of 20:30...named second team All-Pac-12...top Cougar and 36th overall at NCAA West Region with 6k time of 21:13.0…named to Pac-12 All-Academic cross country second team.
JUNIOR (2013-14):Cross Country - Arrived in Pullman to begin graduate school after early training complete...first competition was sixth Cougar, 96th overall at NCAA Inter-Regional Jamboree 5k (18:33)...third on team, 13th overall at Inland Empire Classic 5k (17:44)...third WSU finisher, 50th overall at Pac-12 Championships 6k (23:22)...second on team, 52nd overall at NCAA West Regional Championships 6k (20:46)…Indoor - Had impressive impact on team results in every meet…rank 800m PR time of 2:11.90i at Jacksons Invite/NB Indoor (1/25/14, Boise)…finished 12th in the 3000m at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships with a time of 4:53.30i (3/1/14, Seattle)…Outdoor - Ran PR in 800m of 2:05.82, sixth-best in WSU all-time records, WSU-UW Dual meet (5/3/14, Pullman)…at same meet ran 3000m in 9:54.72…earlier in year ran PR in 1500m of 4:19.49 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/17/14, Walnut) - the fourth-fastest time in WSU all-time records…finished fifth in the 800m at the Pac-12 Championships in Pullman in a time of 2:10.15 after running a prelim time of 2:07.84 (7th)…at NCAA West Region Prelims, finished 16th in 800m (2:08.15) after placing fourth in the prelims (2:07.44)…named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field second team…named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
PRE-WSU CAREER. Graduated in the top 20 percent of her class from Loreto-Normanhurst secondary school in 2008… competed in cross country, netball and hockey…won the Pierre de Coubertin Award, named after the founder of the modern Olympic Games and bestowed annually to senior secondary students who demonstrate values which are consistent with the Olympic Movement through participation in sporting activities…sports captain in Year 12…won the class award for triathlon, cross country and athletics (track)…in the top touch football team for two seasons…attended University of Technology in Sydney…personal-best time in the 1500m is 4:21.43, run at Melbourne in the spring of 2102, and ran a 3000m time of 9:48.60 in Sydney in 2011.
