INDIANAPOLIS - The NCAA Division I Men's Golf Committee announced the teams and individual for the 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships, Monday.

Washington State University's Palouse Ridge Golf Club will serve as host to the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships Pullman Regional, May 16-18. The Cougars are one of six schools to host this season.

Scheduled to compete in Pullman are 14 teams and five individuals. The best five teams from each of the six regionals as well as the best individual from each regional will advance to the finals.

California, the No. 1 team in the country is the top seed in Pullman. The Golden Bears feature the No. 1 national player, Michael Kim, and the Pac-12 individual champion, Max Homa.

TCU, out of the Big 12 Conference, is the No. 2 seed and is led by Julien Brun, ranked third nationally. USC is the No. 3 seed and brings three tournament titles this season to Pullman.

Rounding out the top five seeds are Saint Mary's, the West Coast Conference champion, and Virginia Tech, which tied for second at the ACC Championships led by Mikey Moyers' 10-under (tied-second).

BYU, a member of the West Coast Conference and the No. 6 seed, is hot having won two of its last three tournaments. North Texas, the Sun Belt Champion, is seeded seventh. Big 12 member Baylor, the No. 8 seed, has seven top-5 finishes, including one victory.

San Diego State, which tied for second at the Mountain West Conference Championships, is the No. 9 seed, followed by Mid-American Conference member Ball State, making its first NCAA postseason appearance in 22 years.

Memphis is making its third-consecutive NCAA postseason trip out of Conference USA, and is the No. 11 seed. Big West Conference champion Pacific, Ivy League champion Princeton and Northeast Conference champion Saint Francis (Pa.) round out the 14 teams traveling to Pullman.

Ryan Williams (Sacramento State), Tyler Raber (UC Davis), Mason Casper (Utah Valley), T.K. Kim (Boise State) and Jordan Weir (Sacramento State) each earned an individual bid to Pullman.

Williams, Kim and Weir all played at Palouse Ridge in team competition last September at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate hosted by Washington State. Kim tied for fourth, the best finish by a member of the trio.

The tournament is free to the public. The first tee time, Thursday, May 16 is 8 a.m.
