Cougars Win Third Consecutive Dual Meet

WSU swimming defeated CSU Bakersfield 172-116.

Freshman (2011-12):
Posted ninth place finish in the 100 fly at Hawkeye Invitational...won 100 back at Seattle U dual meet...member of 400 medley relay that finished ninth and took 24th in 100 fly with a time of 55.34 (seventh best on the Cougar all-time list) at Pac-12 Championships...scored individual points in every meet of 2011-12 season.

Swims for The Dolphins Swim Team out of Beaverton, Ore...State Champion in the 100 and 200 backstroke...participated in the 2011 Speedo Long Course Senior Sectionals.

Graduated in the top 3 percent of her class...age 19...completed a foreign exchange year in Mexico... father Christopher competed in track at North Carolina and is now a medical doctor...mother Michelle rowed for Ohio State...younger sister Carmen...hobbies include reading, hiking and photography...plans to major in communications.
