Kelly Tannhauser captures three events for WSU in victory over Seattle U
Sophomore (2011-12): Scored points against Utah, California, and OSU...contributed points in 200 breast at California dual meet...scored in 200 medley relay and 100 breast against Utah...finished fourth in 100 breast in OSU dual meet.
Freshman (2010-11): Finished with 25 individual points at the Debbie Pipher Memorial Invitational, highlighted by a second place finish in the 400 IM...won the 200 breaststroke and 400 IM against Northern Arizona...led the team with 21 points...swam in the finals of the 100 breast, 200 breast and 400 IM at Princeton...posted lifetime bests in each of her four events at the Pac-10 Championships...time of 2:20.06 in the 200 breast ranks eighth in Cougar history...moved to 10th on the WSU all-time list in the 400 IM (4:29.95)...finished 25th in the 100 breast, 26th in the 200 breast and 27th in the 400 IM.

Swam four years at Gig Harbor High School under head coach Mike Kelly...Narrows League Champion in 200 IM and 100 breast all four years...finished sixth place in the 100 breast and seventh in 200 IM at the state championship during her junior season...took fifth in 100 breast and sixth in 200 IM as a senior...was named team captain and MVP...qualified for 2010 Junior Nationals in the 100 and 200 breast while swimming with the Tacoma Swim Club under Jay Benner.
