Appeared in 26 games, notching his first career start in his second season...scored a then career-high five points in 18 minutes against IPFW (Nov. 19), hitting first 3-pointer of the season...played a career high 22 minutes against Air Force at Spokane Arena (Dec. 2)...added a steal, two assists and his only career block...made first career start at Alaska Anchorage (Nov. 25), converting a career-high three free throws...tied career high with three rebounds against Arizona State (Feb. 4)...went 3-for-5 from the field for six points (all tying career highs) at Stanford (Feb. 11)...finished the season at Oregon (Mar. 6) shooting 1-for-4 from beyond the arc finishing with three points...recorded 11 assists during the season.

FRESHMAN (2008-09)
Appeared in 14 games during rookie campaign...scored first points as a Cougar in a 76-55 victory over Sacramento State (Nov. 21), converting on only shot attempt in five minutes of action...dished out a season-high two assists against Idaho State (Nov. 2)...scored second career basket against Montana State (Dec. 13) in the Cougar Hardwood Classic at Seattle's KeyArena...hit first free throw of career in a Pac-10 most eight minutes against Oregon (Feb. 12)...ended the season with the first two 3-pointers of his career in back-to-back games, beginning with making his only attempt from beyond the 3-point arc in the Pac-10 Tournament quarterfinals against UCLA (March 12)...added a rebound and an assist to no turnovers...played a season-high 14 minutes against Saint Mary's (March 17) in the opening round of the NIT Tournament, going 1-for-2 from beyond the arc to tie his career high of three points.

Earned four letters under head coach Dennis Murphy at South Medford High School...started every game at point guard as a won league title and placed sixth in State...was the fourth leading scorer at the State tournament...averaged 12.5 points and 4.8 assists while making 54 3-pointers on the season...shot .505 from 3-point range...scored a season-high 28 points against Roseburg...earned second-team all-conference honors...averaged 14.5 points, 6.9 assists and made 59 3-pointers as a SOPHOMORE while leading his team to the State Championship game where the team fell to Lake Oswego...scored 36 points in SMHS's State playoff game versus Wilson, setting a school record with seven 3-pointers made...earned first-team all-conference, first-team All-State tournament and second-team All-State honors...led team to a 58-54 victory over Lake Oswego in the State Championship game as a JUNIOR...scored 24 points and went 5-for-5 from 3-point range and was named `Quest Player of the Game'...averaged 20.1 points, 5.0 assists and made 64 3-pointers during the season...earned first-team all-conference, All-State and All-State tournament accolades...also earned all-tournament first team accolades at the Les Schwab Tournament where team finished second to Oak Hill Academy...scored 30 points while breaking his own school record of eight 3-pointers made in the game...named to the all-tournament first team at the Bass Pro Tournament in St. Louis...averaged 21 points and six assists per game as a SENIOR...earned first-team All-State and first-team All-Conference accolades...ranks second in SMHS history with 1,949 points, behind only Duke forward Kyle Singler...ranks 19th all-time in Oregon basketball history.

Born Michael Keith Harthun in July of 1989 in Medford, Ore....parents Steve and Debra...younger brother Brian and older sister Nicole Pollatta...plans to pursue a degree in journalism and/or sport management.
