- Oversee Cougar Mania Strength and Conditioning Complex, has been the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's and Women's Basketball as well as Men's and Women's Golf, Cheer & Dance
- Worked with Klay Thompson, Aaron Banes, and Kyle Weaver

2001-2008: Washington State University, Associate Director of Physical Development
- Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Women's and Men's Basketball, 1st Assistant for Football
- Worked with numerous All-Americans and NFL athletes, including 1st round pick Marcus Trufant, and Outland Trophy winner Rien Long
