Senior (2014-15) – Broke the school record in the 100 free at the Pac-12 Championships with a lifetime time of 49.75…the time shaved 0.06 second off the school record and earned Proulx a second-place finish in the ‘C’ final…also set a career-best in the 50 free with a time of 22.91…the mark is the third-fastest in WSU history…a member of the 200 free relay team that broke the WSU school record twice this season…at the Hawkeye Invitational, the WSU quartet touched the wall in 1:31.56…the same team shaved nearly half of a second off its previous record, with a time of 1:31.09 at the Pac-12 Championships to finish sixth…anchored the 200 medley relay that set a Gibb Pool record against Arizona State with a time of 1:42.52…swam the 200 free at the conference championships with a time of 1:49.69.

Junior (2013-14) – Scored in two events and part of 400 free relay that scored first at Stanford in season-opening meet…seven points against USC…seven points and part of 400 free relay that took first at Idaho…won 100 free and anchored winning 200 free relay at Seattle…scored 13 individual points and was part of relays that added 54 at Hawkeye Invitational…first in 100 free against UCLA, Jan. 18…won 100 and 200 free against Oregon State…member of five relay teams at Pac-12 Championships, including school-record 200 free (1:31.64) and 200 medley (1:39.45)…swam 100 free in 50.36 at conference meet, third all-time at Washington State.

Sophomore (2012-13) – Placed second in both the 200 free and 500 free in the season-opening Seattle dual…took third in the 500 free against Arizona…in six different meets, she was part of the 400 free relay teams that took first…placed second in the 100 free against USC…in the Hawkeye Invitational, she was a part of the 200 free relay that placed fourth and the 200 medley relay that took fifth…notched a first place finish in the 100 free and a second place finish in the 200 free in the Oregon State meet…won the 100 free against CSU Bakersfield, and championed the 200 free against Utah…part of the 200 free relay that placed sixth and the 400 free relay that placed seventh at the Pac-12 Championships…earned 10th in the 200 free on Cougar all-time list with a time of 1:50.65.

Freshman (2011-12) – Placed 10th in the 200 free at Hawkeye Invitational...claimed second place in 100 free against Utah...notched first place finish in the 100 free against Seattle...scored in 200 free at Oregon State dual meet...member of the 800 free and 400 free relays that finished eighth overall, and the 400 medley relay that finished ninth at the Pac-12 Championships.
