SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Outdoor - Threw the javelin a season-best 45.35m/148-9 at Cougar Invitational…also threw the shot put at the UCLA-WSU Dual meet a PR distance of 11.54m/37-10 1/2 (3/22/14, Los Angeles)…threw the discus 37.85m/124-2 at the WSU-UW Dual meet (5/3/14, Pullman)…at the Pac-12 Championships finished 12th in javelin with a toss of 40.20m/131-11…at NCA West Region Prelims finished 31st with javelin throw of 43.38m/142-2…named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field first team…named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

Earned 11 varsity letters at Naches Valley High…four letters for soccer coach Ron Gengler…three letters for basketball coach Janell Coons…four letters for track coach Lonnie Blanchard…captained all three sport teams…soccer team advanced to state tournament all four years…named All-South Central Athletic Conference second team in soccer as junior - injured leg senior season…named to all-conference honorable mention in basketball as junior…in track and field state 1A championships meets finished 11th in javelin as freshman, runner-up as sophomore, state champion as junior and senior…also competed at state meet in shot put and discus with fourth-place finish in shot as senior…placed first in javelin at 2011 USA Track and Field Inland NW Association Championship with a PR throw of 153-11…went on to placed sixth at 2011 USATF National Junior Olympics (Eugene).
