The win marked the largest victory for the Cougars in a Pacific-10 game since a 98-76 win over Washington in Pullman, March 1, 2003.
The Cougars won for the 13th time this season, equaling their highest total (1996-97 and 2003-04) since 18 wins in 1995-96.
Washington State began the game 7-for-8 from the field, including 4-for-4 from beyond the arc, and started the second half 5-for-6 from the floor.
The Cougars used a 22-4 run in the second half to blow open a 39-37 game and seize a 61-41 advantage with 9:35 remaining.
The Sun Devils shot 54.8 percent from the field, the highest percentage against the Cougars in Pullman this season...only other teams to shoot 50 percent or better against WSU this season were Radford (55.6) and Utah (58.1).
Junior guard Derrick Low made four 3-pointers to raise his career total to 87 and gain sole possession of 15th on the WSU all-time list.
Low dished out a season-high seven assists.
Sophomore forward Caleb Forrest tied his career high with 11 points.
Junior forward Robbie Cowgill tied for game-high honors with 16 points and his averaging 12.3 points over his last four games.
Junior forward Daven Harmeling scored 13 points, the first time he had reached double figures in the last five games.
