SAMMAMISH, Wash. - Continuing to climb her way up the charts and into the record books, Washington State All-American Anastasia Kostina garnered her 15th career top-10 finish at the 24th annual Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational, held at the par-72, 6,192 yard Sahalee Country Club, Oct. 12.

Kostina, who entered the final round in a six-way tie battling for the 13th position, fought her way out of the crowd after shooting a 73, her lowest round of the tournament. Kostina opened the season finishing in tie for sixth at the Oregon State Invitational, Sept. 14, and garnered her second top-10 finish when she tied for third at the Heather Farr Memorial Invitational, Oct. 4.

Fellow Cougar Amy Eneroth completed the three-day tournament tied at 28th, finishing just two shots out of the top-25. Brooke Henderson fired her lowest round of the tournament (79) to complete the 54-hole tournament at 67th. Sophomore Tracy Broders knocked four strokes off her second round score, shooting her lowest round of the event to earn a 68th place finish, while teammate Stephanie Parsley ended the tournament at 70th to round out the Cougar contingent.
